In an Athletic Easy Step class, you'll combine classic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups, and weight exercises to work your upper body. If you like stepping at a higher pace and having the opportunity to show off your rhythm and style, then choose the Easy step. We have plenty of options in stock to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable lesson. Our charming and available instructors will coach you throughout the training. Stimulating music, made of current hits, in a fun and stylish atmosphere. You will be pushed to burn up to 620 calories and you will sparkle with satisfaction. This program is available in a 55-minute workout format every Saturday evening.
