Easy Cardio
Easy Cardio is an energizing fitness class with moves that appeal to beginners and enthusiasts alike. We combine athletic movements like running, squats and jumps with strength exercises like push-ups and squats. Against the backdrop of electrifying music, an instructor will guide you through the class – pushing your limits, burning up to 730 calories, giving you a feeling of satisfaction.
This program works the body as a whole. It burns calories while toning and sculpting your body. You will develop your endurance and the movements, inspired by sport, will improve your coordination and your agility. You will be more responsive and efficient in everything you do. This program is available in a 55-minute workout format every Sunday evening.
